I joined Elegant Software Solutions UI/UX team to help with their client services. I was in charge of facilitating user experience design and
implementing/managing experience features on behalf of their organization. I was also responsible for leading a group of developers, designers, and other information technology professionals to form an effective user experience model.

As the UX Designer, I was responsible for conducting user tests to observe behavior both in-person and by using UX toolsets and metrics. Following testing, I refined and tweaked the inventory control app and website to create a digital experience that the users will like and find easy to use. Agile process was used to gather research, data, create user stories through persona information gathered by both myself and the business team. Following research and data gathering, I hen created wireframes, comps, prototypes to present to stakeholders and DEV team.
