I gained extensive experience with user-centered design best practices – from tackling the most complex transactional challenges to creating simple, easy-to-use mobile and web solutions. It’s during this phase all the components, features and content of the product or service will be identified. This includes site maps and functional flowcharts that categorizes content and interaction points, developing black & white user interface layouts that address relevant information and features such as navigation, branding logic, content structure and screen relationships.
